Future Nokia Lumia Windows Phones To Feature NFC And Wireless Charging?


According to a recent report by Charles Arthur from the Guardian, Nokia is working on future Lumia Windows Phone devices that will come with NFC, Near Field Communications.
The new Nokia Lumia Windows Phones will connect to external accessories via NFC, and Nokia is also considering wireless charging for its future Windows phone devices.

The Guardian recently interviewed Nokia’s Marko Ahtisaari, who is head of Nokia’s design team, and he also revealed that Nokia is working closely with Microsoft to co-ordinate software, including tile colors to match its range of hardware accessories.
Nokia are also working to make future handset designs better, and we could possibly see these new NFC enabled Windows Phone devices from Nokia before the end of the year.
Microsoft has said that future version of Windows Phone will offer support for NFC, and it is expected to be released in the next major version of Windows Phone, Windows Phone Tango.
