Sony announced the Xperia S a while back, we originally heard that the device would launch sometime in March, although one online retailer did have the device listed for release at theend of January.
Now it would appear that the initial launch date of March looks to be correct as a number of UK retailers have been given the UK launch date of March for the Xperia S.
As a reminder the Xperia S features a 4.3 inch HD display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels, processing is provided by a dual core 1.5GHz processor and it will also feature 32GB of storage.
The Sony Xperia S features a 12 megapixel camera on the back which will be capable of recording full HD video in 1080p and it also features Sony’s Exmor R sensor, plus a front facing 720p HD 1.3 megapixel camera, and DLNA, HDMI and NFC.
We don’t as yet have an exact date on when the Sony Xperia S will be available in March, as soon as we get some details on the exact launch date we will let you guys know.
