Sony Ericsson has announced a limited edition of its Xperia Active Android smartphone, the Sony Ericsson Xperia Active Billabong edition, which will be released as a limited edition.
Hardware wise the Sony Ericsson Xperia Active Billabong edition is the same as the original smartphone, it will come with a 3 inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 320 x 480 pixels.
The device comes with Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread and features a 5 megapixel camera which can record HD video in 720p, it is also waterproof and dust proof.
The Sony Ericsson Xperia Active Billabong comes with a new white ‘Billabong’ branded casing plus a range of custom applications and wallpapers, there are no details on pricing or availability as yet.
