Motorola has won a patent case against Apple in Germany, and Motorola has been granted an injunction against Apple, which could stop Apple selling certain devices in Germany.
The devices in question are the iPhone 3G, the iPhone 3GS and the iPhone 4 as well as all models of the iPad with WiFi and 3G, although it doesn’t cover the new iPhone 4S.
According to Foss Patents, the removal of Apple’s products from their German stores is related to a ruling Motorola received against Apple in Germany.
Apple has said that it rejects the injunction and it looks like all of the above devices are still available in both the Apple Store online and the Apple retail stores in Germany.
