Following on from the recent suspected leakage of images and specifications for Samsung’s new retro-styled NX200 RS camera earlier this month. Rumours are now circulating suggesting that Samsung’s new NX20 camera could be making an appearance via an announcement in February. With the new camera expected to start shipping in April.
It’s rumoured that the new Samsung NX20 will have a similar retro-look and feel to the recentlyleaked Samsung NX200-RS pictured below. Following in the retro theme which is being displayed by other manufacturers such as Fujifilm and Olympus.
Specifications for the new Samsung NX20 are expected to include a 1.8 million pixel electronic viewfinder with full manual control and a swivelling AMOLED screen. Together with the same sensor as the Samsung NX200, but its thought that the NX20 will be equipped with a faster processor and buffer.
Rumoured lenses to be included with the new Samsung NX20 camera include a 16-80mm and 12-24mm. Which will also make their appearance at the same time as Samsung announces a new NX20. Unfortunately no pictures, information, pricing or worldwide availability has been leaked as yet, but as soon as information comes to light we will keep you updated as always.
