Set to follow on from the dominant Samsung Galaxy S II the third instalment of Sammy's flagship range of Android smartphones is expected to be officially showcased in a matter of weeks with gadget blogger come industry analyst Eldar Murtazin suggesting an April in-store arrival is likely after a claimed hands-on with the device.

Expected to land running Google's newly releasedAndroid 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS the Samsung Galaxy S3 release has been repeatedly rumoured with the next-gen handset tipped to tout a and a 4.65-inch rendition of Samsung's now trademark HD Super AMOLED display with a stunning 1280 x 720p resolution.
Other potential Samsung Galaxy S3 specs that have been doing the rounds ahead of the handsets unveiling include 2GB of RAM, 32GB of internal storage and a hefty 12-megapixel rear-mounted camera with the now customary 1080p Full HD video recording capabilities.
